The Independent Home Solution Story
Our team has nearly 20 years of experience in home modification services. In that time, we have mastered the art of installing walk-in showers, wheelchair ramps, and stairlifts.
When we first started Independent Home Solutions, nobody knew what “accessible remodeling” really meant. It’s partly why we’re so passionate about our work.
Our personalized approach to each home modification means we tailor our design and service around the client’s needs without compromise, allowing them to age in place with a custom-fit solution to their lifestyle. We are a full-service company, all in house, from assessment to installation. Our on-site technicians are also factory trained to make sure your installation is quick, smooth, and most importantly, safe.

I called Independent Home Solutions to ask them some questions and estimates for stair lifts for my mom and dad and spoke to David. They were able to schedule an appointment for me on the same day I called! He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell and he did not pressure us into making a decision on purchasing a stair lift. He gave us so much knowledge yet didn’t put any pressure as far as purchasing . I for one hate high pressure sales people. Their prices are fair and David and Curtis were able to have it installed the day after we called to give them the go ahead. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stair lift!
